Submit a brief lead qualification form
Fill out our short lead qualification form. You will share your name, contact information, the service you need, and a brief description of your situation. It takes about five minutes. There is no payment, no commitment, and no attorney-client relationship is created — this step simply tells us whether we are the right fit for your case.
A licensed attorney reviews within 72 hours
Once you submit your lead qualification form, a licensed immigration attorney on our team reviews your situation. Within one business day, you will receive an email confirming your eligibility, outlining your case strategy, and presenting your all-in flat fee. If we are not the right fit for your situation, we will tell you that too.
Your secure case portal is activated
Once you accept the fee quote and sign your engagement agreement, your client portal is activated. You will receive a welcome email with login instructions. Inside the portal, you will find a personalized document checklist, form instructions, and a secure upload area. All communication about your case happens inside the portal or via email. There are no phone calls, no in-person visits, and no meetings scheduled.
Your attorney files. You stay informed, every week.
Once all documents are received and reviewed, your attorney prepares and files your case with USCIS. From that point forward, every significant development — every USCIS notice, every processing update, every milestone — is pushed to your portal and summarized in plain English. You will never have to wonder where your case stands.
